I feel UNCERTAIN about my future

You know many professional industries are being disrupted. You know the 9-5 job is no longer the only way to career success. But, you feel your education is NOT preparing you to thrive in a rapidly interconnected and disrupted world. You want more than a job. You want a career that brings you fulfillment and gives you the freedom to do what you love.

I want my child to have the BEST opportunities

You’ve witnessed many flaws in our contemporary education system. You believe that learning by the book is no longer preparing your child for the best opportunities out there. Meanwhile, are you aware that many well-known companies no longer prefer or even require college degrees as the only means to evaluate students? Studies have shown that an increasing number of companies are interested in hiring “global cosmopolitans”, people who see change as normal, adapt to new and complex situations easily, reinvent themselves regularly, and are masters at figuring things out. These skills are becoming increasingly crucial to having a happy and fulfilling life and career, yet they are very hard to obtain via a traditional school environment.

I want to CHANGE how we teach & make learning more RELEVANT

You are an advocate of teachers being practitioners. You believe learning cannot happen without practicing what one has learned. You also believe that the best education oftentimes happens outside the classroom, involving a combination of the mind, the hand, and the heart. You are disappointed in our century-old system. You want to make a BIGGER impact in the next generation and be the PIONEER in ushering a new paradigm in learning.
